Returns and Refund

We would like to inform you that due to the handmade of our phone cases, JaazStore will not be accepting exchanges, returns or cancellations at this time. However, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of successful delivery, and we will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

  Any items purchased cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or you received an item different than what you purchased. And you must contact us within 5 days after the package was successfully delivered. You can contact us for any return question at jaazstoreteam@gmail.com

NOTE: Phone cases are not eligible for returns. Our phone cases are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. Please double check the size and design before placing your order to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you with an exchange, but not a refund.
